After we receive your cell phone we will complete a full diagnosis and call you with the results and let you know exactly what is wrong with your cell phone,the cost of repair, and time-line of repair.

This process may take up to 48 hours. After we repair your cell phone you can pay online via pay pal or credit card or via the phone with one of our technicians.
After payment is received your phone will be securely packed and shipped back to you for only $5.
